Hola!! A pedido de uno de los primeros suscriptores del Blog comparto la transcripción de este tremendo fill de Vinnie tocando en vivo con Alejandro Sanz en MTV Unplugged!! Vinnie es mi mayor inspiración en la batería y este show en particular es buenísimo (Está en Spotify).

El groove está muy bueno, bastante cargado con data interesante en el bombo sobre todo, pero lo principal en la transcripción es el fill: Vinnie usa varios rudimentos con un gusto tremendo!. En el PDF vas a poder ver a qué me refiero. La digitación que escribí es la que me parece más adecuada para los rudimentos que toca y la orquestación que les da, pero vos podes usar otra si te queda mas cómodo. No hay mucho más que eso, para estudiarlo recomiendo siempre el mismo método y CONTAR EN VOZ ALTA! (en el post anterior describo el método que uso para estudiar).

Hey!! As requested by one of the first subscribers of this Blog I'm sharing the transcription of this tremendous fill played by Vinnie in a live concert with Alejandro Sanz (MTV Unplugged). Vinnie is my biggest inspiration when it comes to drums and I think this show in particular is really good (You can find it in Spotify).

The groove is really nice, pretty loaded with some interesting stuff on the kick, but the main thing on this transcription is that fill: Vinnie uses a couple of interesting rudiments in a really tasteful way!. On the PDF you'll see what I'm talking about. The sticking I wrote is the one I feel the most appropriate for this rudiments and their orchestation on the drums, but feel free to use your on sticking!. There is not much else to it, remember to study COUNTING AT LOUD while practicing!! (on my previous post I described the method I use for practice).
